Team Dugong Bughaw is a nonprofit organization that aims for a #healthierPH and a healthier Iloilo City by gathering Filipino youth to advocate for HIV and AIDS awareness. Team Dugong Bughaw was founded in 2015 and since then, it has been awarded as a recipient of the Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) and a national finalist of Unilab Foundation Ideas Positive. In 2021, Team Dugong Bughaw became one of the Top 20 finalists in the Youth Leaders Incubator and also a national finalist in the SHIP-CABLE Bootcamp."

MISSION

• To measure the impact of health programs and campaigns on vulnerable key populations.
• To build and strengthen partnerships with other youth-serving organizations to expand their work in other places and communities.
• To engage in policy advocacy to respond to HIV-related stigma and discrimination at the local and national level."

VISION
Team Dugong Bughaw envisions to be the biggest youth network in the Philippines at the forefront of fighting for a stigma-free society that mainstreams well-informed dialogues on adolescent and young health issues.
